Gravity Focus Account Deletion

Deleting your Gravity Focus account will permanently remove all your data. This page explains how to delete your account.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Google account connection (email, name, profile photo)
- Tasks, routines, and schedules
- Pomodoro/focus session records (start/end time, duration, completion status)
- Journal entries and mood records
- Routine checklist items and attached drawings
- Usage statistics (streaks, completion counts, points)
- Profile information (nickname, bio)
- App settings and preferences
- Subscription information (subscription itself must be cancelled separately)
- Analytics data (usage events collected by Amplitude)
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Please backup any data you need before proceeding.
Google Drive Backup Data
If you used cloud sync, your backup data is stored in your own Google Drive. When your account is deleted, server data is removed, but backup files in your Google Drive must be deleted manually by you.
- Google Drive → My Drive → Gravity Focus folder → Delete
Legal Retention Requirements
The following data may be retained after account deletion as required by law:
- Subscription/payment records: Retained for 5 years under the Electronic Commerce Act (Korea)
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: Delete from the App (Recommended)
- Open the Gravity Focus app
- Go to Settings
- Navigate to Profile section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the confirmation message and tap Confirm Delete
Method 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email.

Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 30 days of request
Subscription Cancellation
Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate. If you have a Pro subscription, you must cancel it separately to avoid future charges.
- Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Gravity Focus → Cancel Subscription
